“Ik ben zelden zo slecht geholpen als bij deze bloemenzaak. Het personeel wilt geen stapje extra voor je doen helaas. Ze doen alsof je als klant niet bestaat. En als je dan uiteindelijk toch geholpen word, zijn je bloemen na een paar dagen rijp voor de prullenbak.”
