“Sommige mensen die daar werken verdienen 5 sterren - de die bijvoorbeeld in de lobby werken. Ik denk dat ze een plan zouden kunnen opstellen om dakloosheid aan te pakken, als ze dat willen. Misschien willen ze dat niet. Mijn beoordeling van één ster weerspiegelt het feit dat mensen op straat zetten zonder onderdak voor de nacht een ernstig veiligheidsprobleem is.”
