“Na een boeking via Natuurhuisje kregen we de mededeling dat we alleen konden boeken voor een hoger bedrag en dat we daarvoor de oorspronkelijke boeking eerst moesten annuleren. Toen we hier niet mee akkoord gingen werd onze boeking geannuleerd door de verhuurder. Tegen hun eigen algemene voorwaarden in ging Natuurhuisje akkoord met deze gang van zaken.”
