Building the guest list

  1. Add households (or import your existing list via CSV). Guests belong to a household so families receive one invitation and one RSVP link together.
  2. Give each guest a category (family, friends, colleagues…) and optionally a priority (A/B list) — handy when the venue has a maximum capacity.
  3. Record dietary requirements per guest: vegetarian, gluten-free, allergies… The caterer gets one overview later.

Events and invitations

Not every guest needs to attend everything. Define your events (ceremony, reception, dinner & party) and decide per household who is invited to what. Send save-the-dates and invitations directly from the planner.

RSVP without the hassle

Every household gets a unique RSVP link. Guests respond per event, share dietary requirements and can leave a message — no account needed, straight in the browser. Responses appear instantly in your overview:

  • who's coming, who isn't, who hasn't responded yet;
  • headcounts per event (for the caterer and the venue);
  • a handy task link: "remind guests who haven't responded yet".
Tip: send invitations 6 to 8 weeks before the wedding and set the response deadline 3 weeks in advance — that leaves you room for the seating chart.
