The vendor module combines a marketplace of more than 22,000 Belgian wedding vendors with a follow-up system that keeps quotes, appointments and communication in one place.
Discovering and shortlisting
- Open Vendors → Discover and filter by category, region and style. The matching takes your style profile and location into account.
- Add favourites to your shortlist (per category), including your own notes, pros and cons and a personal score.
- Working with a vendor who isn't in the marketplace? Add them as a custom vendor with contact details.
Comparing and choosing
Per category, you see your candidates side by side: quote amounts, your rating, notes. Made your choice? Mark the vendor as selected or booked — the matching task ticks itself off and the budget knows about it.
Communication & quotes in one place
- You get your own wedding email address (e.g. [email protected]). Give it to vendors or put it in cc: every quote and every reply automatically appears with the right vendor.
- The planner reads quotes from emails: amounts and dates are recognised and lined up for comparison.
- Email vendors directly from the planner, keep track of appointments (tasting, site visit) and store contracts as documents.
- If a vendor you haven't added yet emails you, the planner offers to create them in one click — "found in your inbox".
Tip: always ask for two or three quotes per category. With the side-by-side comparison, the decision is made much faster — and you're in a stronger position when negotiating.

Discovering, shortlisting and choosing works on every plan, including the free start. Messages, quotes, appointments and the wedding email address are part of the full planner (€75).
